Camilla Heidenreich is an executive recruiter with over 15 years of experience working in New York, Florida and California, with a demonstrated ability in both agency side and in-house talent acquisition and employee relations.
She founded Caleidoscope with the focus to continuously help leaders uncover the best talent to grow their businesses, while creating and maintaining relationships based on trust. By incorporating a holistic perspective and national approach to her partnerships, she applies her assessment abilities and people skills to understand candidate capabilities, client needs and company culture.
