As the founder of Caleidoscope, Camilla partners with private equity firms and portfolio companies to build leadership teams that drive growth and lasting impact. She is known for her strategic approach, strong relationships, and ability to identify talent that creates long-term success..

Katye Miller brings extensive experience in financial services, client relations, and administrative operations, with previous roles at Morgan Stanley, Legacy Trust Company, Smith Barney, and Camden Capital Management. She holds a degree in Economics with a minor in English and is known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and relationship-focused approach. In addition to her professional background, Katye is an active community leader and volunteer, bringing a commitment to service and collaboration to everything she does.
